We are looking for a seasoned smart contract developer to build out the infrastructure for our curated marketplace and other blockchain based proprietary DApps. As the lead smart contract engineer of the team, you will also help develop staking, governance and token mechanics, etc. Strong communication, organization, and task prioritization skills are needed. The application teams can be relatively small, in which case you have to work independently. Most of your time will be coding in Solidity/Rust for EVM Smart Contracts and JS/TS libraries like react, next, express etc.

Responsibilities

• Design an ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 etc token contracts with voting-escrow and marketplace-incentives mechanics
• Develop the marketplace smart contracts, including a buyer/seller module for fixed-price sale and auction contracts
• Manages ReactJS/JS/TS based frontend codes with timely deadlines.
• Develop NodeJS/Express based REST APIs and Microservices.
• Integrate tools with other 3rd party systems via API’s to automate processes and the transfer of data

The individual will work strategically with key stakeholders and would be responsible for the management of accounting activities, audit, and budgeting related scopes. In addition, the individual will work closely with external corporate secretary vendor to manage corporate secretarial duties for us as well as our partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic book-keeping
• Maintain accurate data on the accounting software and produce the financial report
